What We NeednWe're on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated

Customer Service Agent

with experience in outbound calling and upselling. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while also identifying opportunities to enhance their experience through upselling and cross-selling our products or services.

Your ResponsibilitiesnEnsure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.nBe responsible for proactively contacting customers to ensure continued use of our services.nConduct outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on their experience with onboarding at Paynt, address any concerns and offer other additional products and services.nIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, problem solving skills and understanding when dealing with customers.nBe confident in presenting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.nMeet and exceed customer retention targets.nMaintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s products, systems and processes.nAct as a liaison, providing accurate, valid and complete product/services information using appropriate methods /tools.nCollect and provide customer feedback to Team Lead.nKeep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

Your Profilen(+) Experience in merchant acquiring, payment solutions or financial services.nProven experience in a customer service and customer retention role.nDemonstrated success in upselling and cross selling products or services .nExcellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.nFluent in English.nAbility to work in fast-paced environment.nCritical thinker and problem solver.nCustomer focused with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
