The role:
Deliver the technical analytical services for the Assets directorate. Your team is responsible for leading on all analytical projects to support decision making around business strategy, future planning and help generate new business
Working with head of assets and other members of G15 Metrics Club on providing and reviewing metrics to review value for money
Identify the optimal approach and conduct statistical analysis and modelling techniques utilising the data within the data cloud, data warehouse, advanced analytics and CRM systems
Designing and create new suites of dashboards and key performance indicators to monitor all asset services (including repairs, compliance, disrepairs, voids, investment etc…) leveraging data from multiple sources
Line manage 2 Asset Data Officers
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience in machine learning (e.g. data classification, text mining, search algorithms, etc.)
SQL and / or Azure data warehousing
Excellent Data Management Skills
Excellent Excel and MS Office365 skills
