About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Management Professional to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a Junior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of transactions of both commercial and residential assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage transactions of commercial and residential assets
  • Support Asset Managers in portfolio optimisation and management
  • Work closely with Senior Asset Managers and Estates Surveyors to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve asset performance and value
  • Collaborate with external consultants and stakeholders to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • Qualification at degree level and ideally membership of or working towards an appropriate professional organisation such as the RICS
  • Widespread transactional experience across a variety of asset classes
  • Good understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle large and varied workloads
  • Customer-facing skills
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Ability to make effective decisions and collaborate with colleagues
