We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Compliance & Control Manager to join our EMEA Compliance Monitoring Team. This role is located in Manchester and is HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- The team is responsible for overseeing the Firm's Personal Securities Trading Program and the Control Room
- Proving guidance to employees on the Personal Securities Trading Policy and the Information Barrier Policy
- Contributing to projects and programs to improve compliance and enhance the control environment.
- Review and confirm control processes and procedures to ensure they are compliant with the policy and applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage, develop, and motivate a team.
- Familiar with securities products and brokerage accounts
- Several years of financial services compliance experience with the assigned products is preferred.
- People Leadership experience is preferred.
