We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our team in the UK region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, retain, and motivate high-performing sales teams and sales leaders to drive results
- Provide strategic vision and planning with ongoing coaching to ensure sales teams meet and exceed their objectives
- Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to act decisively, develop systems to measure progress, monitor risks, and identify changes needed
- Promote trust and encourage collaboration to effectively resolve conflict and navigate change management
- Provide guidance into the sales motion in the UK, including organizational structure and lead sources
- Understand the payment processing industry and develop a GTM strategy given our payments model
- Possess technical knowledge to collaborate with the onboarding department and be the leader in market to ensure successful customer go-lives
- Report on competitive intel in the European market and strategize on growth plays
- Write and manage quarterly business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive the strategy of the team and keep the sales team on track
Requirements:
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Experience with the Challenger methodology, sales funnel management, and data-driven operational excellence
