Sytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Loyalty Specialist to join our motivated sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol.
With a basic salary of £20,000pa and the opportunity to earn a generous commission and bonus, with uncapped potential.
As a Sytner Loyalty Specialist, you will report to the Head of Sales and be sales focused and target-orientated. Your responsibilities will include, selecting potential loyalty opportunities, outbound calling customers, booking and confirming appointments, meeting and dealing with customers face to face, referring customers to the sales and management team and logging your results. In addition, you will also be tasked with valuing cars for potential stock acquisition purposes.
About you
We are looking for an organised, determined individual who has fantastic interpersonal skills. In addition to taking pride in engaging with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, you will also have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will need exceptionally high standards, great initiative and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner. You will be able to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo. A real people person, and friendly, but professional demeanour.
About the role
Mercedes-Benz of Bristol have this exciting opportunity available for an individual who has customer service or sales background. This position has a Monday to Friday working pattern.
