Our client in Bolton is looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial salespeople to join their elite Sales Department and work inbound and outbound leads. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and succeed in a vibrant and dynamic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Call centre/sales experience
* A fantastic telephone manner with the ability to speak clearly and concisely
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Punctuality and dedication
* Motivation and a positive, can-do attitude
* The drive to achieve targets and earn commissions
* Competitiveness and resilience
* Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities:
* Responding to all customer contact via inbound and outbound calls
* Aiming for first call resolution every time
* Building rapport with customers, acting as a strong ambassador for the brand
* Working as part of a wider team to achieve company goals
Perks:
* Starting salary of £21,000 + commission (rising according to output)

Requirements:
* 6 months to 1 year of call centre/telesales experience
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
* GCSE Grade A-C/9-4 in Maths and English or equivalent
* Ideally be a graduate in a business related subject
