- Outbound Sales: Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at businesses, promoting our client's services and driving sales growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the logistics or delivery sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using database software, and a strong motivation for sales.
- Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £26,250 per annum.
- Commission Bonus: Monthly commission bonus, with expected Year 1 earnings of £35,000.
- Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
