About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Hybrid Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our client's services to businesses across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our client's services.
  • Outbound Sales: Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at businesses, promoting our client's services and driving sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the logistics or delivery sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using database software, and a strong motivation for sales.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £26,250 per annum.
  • Commission Bonus: Monthly commission bonus, with expected Year 1 earnings of £35,000.
  • Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
