Customer Service Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Coordinator to join our renowned printing site, Standfast & Barracks, based in Lancaster. As Customer Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and excellent level of customer service to all customers and all internal departments.

Responsibilities
Have a comprehensive understanding of production & design processes within the businessnProvide full administrative, sales & customer service support to a broad range of customers, apparel & furnishingsnEnsure all invoicing & export documentation is completed accurately & on timenMaintain effective communication with all customer accountsnLiaise with the Sales team on sales ordersnProcess & monitor customer orders, liaising with the Planning Manager, to ensure proactive communication with customers on quality & delivery datesnEnsure adherence to processes within Quality Manual & Customer Complaints ProcedurenAll sales orders to be recorded on data entry, all orders to be priced correctly, order details to be accurately entered onto the computer systemnGenerate, check & distribute all order confirmations to customersnGenerate production updates for customers, update relevant spreadsheets with informationnMaintain accuracy of information on the company systemnComplete daily invoicing and required paperwork for customer complaint debitsnProduce & action weekly reports for any stockholding accounts & call offsnGenerate & maintain pricing spreadsheetsnAssist the Customer Services Supervisor in raising the standard of service within the departmentnComply with all Health & Safety rules & regulations within the business & have a proactive approach to health & safety
Skills & ExperiencenGood general education including Maths & English (grade C GCSE or equivalent minimum)nCustomer Service qualification (i.e. NVQ 2/3)nPC literatenExcellent written & verbal communication skillsnAttention to detailnPrevious customer service experience

Around this time in 1924, Arthur Sanderson & Sons Ltd were awarded The Royal Warrant, becoming “purveyors of wallpaper and paint” to the court of George V.
