Is this the role for you?
Are you an experienced & fully Qualified Financial Accountant or Revenue Accountant, ideally with a background in Financial Services or Accountancy Practice? I am partnering a leading investment firm to find someone who is passionate about working with accuracy and efficiency to provide an exemplary level of service to the business.
This role is a 12m fixed term contract and is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in their London office in the heart of the City, with the remainder of the time worked from home.
What you will do:
Take ownership of the calculation of income by monitoring, recording and analysing as well as forecasting revenue
Ensure that accruals, reconciliations & controls are effective and accurate
Calculate fees, rebates, revenue & commission payments
Prepare revenue journals for entities within the group
Assist with Year-end reporting and annual budgeting processesWhat you will need:
ACCA/CIMA or equivalent Qualification
Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in managing revenue or income reporting ideally within financial services
Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse tasks and priorities.
Good systems skills and the ability to learn new processes quicklyWhat you will get in return:
