As District Training Lead you will provide the link between the regional training function and the volunteers in the district, enabling the district management team to develop an effective training plan which meets clearly identified organisational needs and then you will support the implementation of that plan. You will also manage a team of District Training Officers to support internal training delivery and unit managers/ area managers within the district.
