An excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known PLC organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment. Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders in the business, making recommendations to reduce tribunal claims Cases are diverse and can include Appeals, TUPE and discrimination claims There may be some hearing advocacy required Support and coach junior paralegals Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues Candidate Requirements Excellent communication skills. Employment law and litigation expert Capable of managing a high volume of cases This is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm at an exciting time of growth, the business has performed very well over the past few years. A professional but friendly culture with a very strong employee retention rate. The role is fully remote (WFH) as are the wider team. Salary is up to circa £60,000.
