Then read on………

First things first, this is a growth business; big company, already successful, and an unwavering commitment to developing HR. They're on a growth journey, it can be a “bit pacey at times”, but they're building a team where colleagues genuinely support one another.

There’s plenty you can positively impact, and there is a genuine desire to develop the talent attraction strategy.

So what’s the role?

This is a Talent Acquisition Partner role where you are accountable for a dedicated part of the business which is based UK-wide.

Working closely with key stakeholders and through your team, you will develop & deliver quality talent attraction plans using best practice tools & methodologies to ensure future talent is recruited efficiently & effectively.

You will need to view talent gaps with a contemporary lens to evolve methodologies and consider new ways of attracting top talent.

Who are they looking for?

You’ll have previously worked as a talent attraction partner within an in-house talent acquisition team, and will understand the challenges that come with the territory of finding scare skills.

You’ll be a technical expert within your field, a naturally curious individual who is always seeking out new & improved ways of recruiting. You’ll be tried and tested, confident with your peers to make commercially informed decisions and solutions based on the gathered data. An awesome collaborator, you'll work closely with your stakeholders to promote excellence in talent attraction.

Hybrid working is the norm, and you’ll be in the North Kent office 3 days/week to collaborate with your colleagues. Salary wise they are initially looking at the circa £60k basic range plus car allowance and bonus.
