Community Mental Health Nurse

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Adult Mental Health Team in Abingdon. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday with flexibility for weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
*
You will provide mental health assessments, care planning, and interventions for adults within the community, ensuring comprehensive and timely care.
*
Collaborate closely with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated mental health support to patients in the community.
*
The role offers a regular weekday schedule, with opportunities for weekend shifts if desired.
Position Details:
* Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
* Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (Full-time, 37.5 hours per week)
* Rates:
* Day Rate: £27.00 per hour
* Saturday Rate: £32.00 per hour
* Sunday Rate: £38.00 per hour
* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
* Experience in community mental health nursing
* Strong communication and assessment skills
