About the Job

The Senior Customer Service Specialist is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth by managing customer orders, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive support. This role involves regular communication with customers and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive customer support by explaining products/services and offering solutions.
  • Enter orders in SAP, adhering to established procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Distribution, and Sales teams to manage order escalation and prioritization.
  • Ensure customer information complies with company policies through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Work with marketing to provide product support to both customers and sales representatives.
  • Maintain reporting tools and track metrics for internal teams.
  • Provide training and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience in the field.


Qualifications / Skills:

  • University coursework or at least 3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively.
  • Strong initiative and desire to become a process trainer.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and other relevant tools.
