Overview of the Job
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension. In this role, you will support our customers by handling orders, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer support, offering product and service alternatives.
- Enter orders in SAP, following company procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Distribution, and Sales teams to manage order escalations and prioritizations.
- Ensure accuracy when handling customer-sensitive information and reviewing work for policy compliance.
- Support marketing efforts by providing product information to customers and sales representatives.
- Maintain reporting tools and track metrics for internal teams.
- Independently complete assignments with minimal supervision.
Qualifications / Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong initiative and the capability to serve as a process trainer.
- Preferred experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and German and/or French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and other tools.
Other relevant information
- Potential for contract extension based on performance.
- Opportunity to impact patient outcomes and contribute to company success.
- Once a quarter travel to Basingstoke office.
