What You Really Want To Know:
Salary: GBP £24,281.10 Per Annum
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days (including bank holidays)
Location: Droitwich WR9 0LW.

Monthly Pay
What your day will look like:
Engage with external and internal customers, ensuring friendly and professional communication to maintain a positive impression.
Address and resolve customer queries and concerns professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
Use various internal computer systems for data aentry and to perform tasks.
Scan and upload POD (Proof of Delivery) documents to various customer portals.
Create Purchase Orders (POs) as needed.
Manage internal and external wash logs.
Conduct mileage and fuel reconciliations.
Plan and coordinate using the Transport Management System (TMS).
Monitor and follow up on documentation to support transport operations.
Debrief transport paperwork.
What we need from you:
Right To Work in the UK
Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word & Excel)
Previous administration experience.
Good numeric skills including accuracy.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and numeracy skills, and financial understanding
Help maintain a motivating focused team environment.

Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrates organisational skills
