**About Us**:
As a Factory Administrator at Sunny Eco, you will be the point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing timely responses to new and existing clients. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating bookings with colleagues and clients, managing and updating calendars, handling daily documentation, and updating our systems with detailed information. Proficiency in using the Logikal program is essential for this role, as it plays a crucial role in our double glazing operations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service and timely responses.
- Coordinate bookings and appointments with colleagues and clients to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Manage and maintain active calendars to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
- Assist with daily documentation and update our systems with detailed and accurate information.
- Place and manage orders for materials required in the factory department.
- Utilize the Logikal program to manage and track factory-related processes effectively.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Advanced level of English to communicate fluently and clearly with stakeholders.
- Customer/client service experience, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Previous experience working with databases, Microsoft Office, and Outlook to manage administrative tasks.
- Knowledge and experience in using the Logikal program for factory-related operations.

Pay: Up to £22,000.00 per year
