Morrison Water Services are recruiting for a part-time SHEQ administrator to work on our Capital Delivery contract in Thames Valley.
As a SHEQ administrator you will be part of our Health, Safety and Environment team. They are responsible for maintaining the Health, Safety and Environment standards for our contract. You will support the Environmental core team, meet their targets and objectives and collect, compile and check monthly performance information on waste documentation. You will issue weekly reports on outstanding actions from the reporting system and inspections.
You must competent with the analysis of data to identify trends and produce appropriate reports and be able to monitor and update non-conformance register. You will provide consultation with various surveyors and authorities and also lead the coordination and consultation with planning team. You must be able to produce minutes of meetings and ensure actions closed in a timely manner. You will support with the Health and Safety document management system as required.
This role will be a mix of home & office working.

Do you have experience undertaking similar role?
Can you efficiently use a document management system?
Are you able to work under own initiative?
Do you have a driving licence? This is desirable but not essential
