We’re looking for a Design & Project Management to join our team. We need you to have at least initial 1-2 years experience in graphic design (work experience or education) and to know your way around Adobe and Microsoft programs, along with great communication skills. Everything else you can learn on the job with lots of training from our team so you can get up to speed quickly.
This role is perfect for someone with a flair for print and digital graphic design, copywriting, print production, technological problem solving, business strategy, marketing, good with both numbers and words, customer service, event management, and an all round keen attention to detail. You don’t need to have experience in all these areas but you’ll need to have the right attitude to learn fast, get stuck in, and contribute in all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will be someone ambitious who wants to develop with us for the long term, (18 months+ minimum).

Overall Responsibilities:
* Help with preparing customer artwork and printing inhouse
* Helping to process, prepare and despatch product orders
* Assisting with marketing (copywriting, design, roll out) and assisting with external marketing (attending trade shows / exhibitions)
* Contributing to project management and admin tasks
* Dealing with queries, orders and assisting customers over email and telephone

* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.55am to 5.10pm, 45 minute lunch, PAYE permanent contract (28 days holiday per year including bank holidays).
