Our client is a national leader in the construction industry with a proven track record of delivering exceptional building projects. They pride theirselves on commitment to quality, sustainability, and client satisfaction. As they continue to expand their portfolio, we are seeking a dedicated Aftercare Manager to join our team.
This contractor operate across multiple sectors including education, leisure, residential, commercail and retail.
The Role:
As an Aftercare Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful transition of our projects from construction to occupancy. You will be responsible for managing the post-completion phase, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and be a part of a dynamic team within a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the aftercare process, ensuring all contractual obligations are met post-handover.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients following project completion, addressing any queries or issues that arise.
* Implement and manage efficient aftercare processes to guarantee client satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with project teams to gather feedback and resolve any ongoing issues.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor project performance and address any concerns.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Prepare and maintain aftercare documentation, including action plans and reports.
* Lead the aftercare team, providing guidance and support to enhance service delivery.
* Facilitate training sessions for clients and end-users on the operation of newly completed facilities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in aftercare management or a similar role within the construction industry.
* Project Management experience is desired
* Strong knowledge of building processes and standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, facilities management, or a related field are preferred.
