Business Development Manager
Sunbury on Thames
£50K per annum + commission
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their company due to expansion. This exciting opportunity will enable the individual to build and grow a sales structure within the organisation. You will:
* Identify new opportunities and leads
* Manage the entire sales process from researching organisations, making initial contact and developing new business relationships
* Be actively involved in building the annual sales and financial targets
* Gain a strong understanding on the services offered within the organisation
* Develop and prepare sales presentations
* Be responsible for managing the tender process
* Work with new clients to onboard efficiently and accurately
* Work closely with the Directors and the wider teams to ensure new and existing clients are receiving a professional service at all times
* Present progress reports/figures to the Directors
* Gain a good understanding of the client’s needs and their expectations
* Meet KPI’s set
The ideal candidate will:
* Have strong experience working within a similar sales role
* Have experience in managing tenders
* Be a confident negotiator and ability to close the deal
* Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Work well independently and remain self-motivated
* Be happy to work hands on within the role
* Have a full UK driving licence with own car
* Have a proven track record of meeting KPI’s and targets
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Benefits include 20 days holiday plus BH, pension plan, parking on site, company car allowance/company car, health insurance following probation and company related bonus
