Policy and Procedures:

-Develop leader toolkits for all policies and procedures.
Learning and Development:
-Coordinate and administer all L&D activities.
-Manage OD events, activities, and seminars.
-Report on and ensure mandatory training compliance.
Data & Data Compliance:

Qualifications:
CIPD Level 5 Qualified (or working towards).

* Proficiency in HR systems, processes, and UK employment law.
