Responsibilities:
* Assisting in but not limited to planning, budgeting, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, critical supplier performance management and stakeholder management for the delivery of automation control panels.
* provide an excellent customer experience and support customers in achieving their desired business goals.
* You will manage a team working with engineers, designers, buyers, and production personnel to lead projects from project award to delivering control panels to site.
* As OFCI Program Manager you will play a key role in our collaboration with the integrators, MEP, GC and our hyperscale Data Centre clients to ensure that Panels are built 100% to customer specifications.
* Managing safety and quality in accordance with relevant policies/procedures/protocols.
* Carrying out Panel Build Forecasting & Planning.
* Having a robust Cost Management System.
* Supply Chain Management.
* Ensuring flow of information between all stakeholders is effective and timely.
* Lead or attend key meetings and be prepared to provide progress reports, collaborate to resolve issues, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
* Risk management on areas that could affect delivery schedule.
* Optimising Designs – working with HA & Rockwell Automation technical team.
* Ensuring successful FAT & SAT completion.Ensuring on-time delivery of panels to the customer site.
Qualifications/requirements:
* Must have either Electrical or Mechanical Building Services Engineering experience and have worked on a Data Centre project.
* 5 years Project Management experience in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or closely related field, particularly large scale, complex automation projects.
* Influencing skills as well as strong communication skills allowing you to effectively interact with clients, contractors, management, and colleagues.
* An ability to manage expectations, influence change, and report/update accurately on progress drawing on you strong planning and organization skills.
* Proactive – doesn't wait to take action, is in control of things.
