Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior OFCI Program Manager with a strong background in either Electrical or Mechanical Building Services Engineering to spearhead a data centre initiative.

This role is customer-centric and involves overseeing the planning, budgeting, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and performance monitoring for the delivery of automation control panels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, procurement specialists, and production staff from project initiation to the delivery of control panels.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in line with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct forecasting and planning for panel construction.
  • Implement effective cost management strategies.
  • Oversee supply chain operations, facilitating seamless communication among all stakeholders.
  • Participate in critical meetings to provide updates, collaborate on issue resolution, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks that may impact project timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Team to optimize designs.
  • Ensure successful completion of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  • Guarantee timely delivery of panels to client locations.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple initiatives at various stages of development.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or related sectors.
  • Experience with large-scale automation projects; familiarity with data centre operations is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage expectations, drive change, and accurately report on project progress.
