Finance Assistant/Bookkeeper - Construction

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented individual to contribute to our finance team.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
~2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, preferably in the construction industry.
~ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
~ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
