To provide advice and support to social workers and care managers in the team on casework.
To support the Team Manager by deputising in their absence and to act as Duty Manager when needed.
To chair some Professional Meetings/Case Conferences as appropriate.
To support the social worker on duty so that incoming concerns are acted upon in a timely and appropriate manner.
To record actions and decisions in a clear and robust way on the Mosaic database.To undertake some complex enquiries, liaising with both internal and external colleagues as appropriate.
