We are currently recruiting for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our client's friendly team. This is a full-time permanent position situated in Ware. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a payroll capacity.
Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Location: Ware
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
* Working within a small team to accurately process the weekly payroll.
* Address queries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies.
* Manage payroll inboxes and reply in a timely manner.
* Ensure payroll compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Maintain accurate payroll records and data entry within the payroll system.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous weekly payroll experience is essential
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to analyse payroll data accurately
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
