RESPONSIBILITIESnLead end-to-end deal processes and negotiating complex deals.nWork in partnership with the marketing team to ensure a collaborative approach to business growth is engaged.nContinually achieve set KPI’s / targets and focus on activities that result inbusiness growth and sale outcomes.nTo develop new business account revenues and completed bookings into your region.nDeliver profitable sales ensuring pricing controls are maintained in line with regional limits of authority.nCreate a lead generation process with the support of local management and marketing to ensure the sales pipeline is maintained to pre-agreed levels.nFollow up on any generated leads and referrals leading to a consistently improving lead conversion rate.nProvide a bespoke service to our established clients, up-sell products, improve efficiency and tailor a service to fit their needsnManage the initial integration of new sales ensuring they are embedded professionally.nHigh levels of customer service, accurate billing and efficient query handling to be established.nCommunicate and liaise with new customers / clients and relevant internal staff to ensure effective resolution of any issues and concerns.nRecommend potential improvements to or new products and services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.nReport on information for Commercial Team meetings.nRoll out advertising materials / booking devices to key businesses, ensuring an accurate inventory of all devices (i.e., Taxi Booker) is maintained.nWork closely with Veezu Marketing to target promotions and awareness.nWork alongside operations on new territory expansions.
