Apply now for the position of Assistant Finance Manager - Accounting and you will join the GB&I team in providing detailed review of accounting transactions to ensure books are in accordance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines. This is a Full-Time Permanent position (#LI-HYBRID).
Your Role:
You will prepare monthly analysis of financials with commentary and key accounts reconciliations.
You will review accounting transactions each month for Healthineers companies in GB&I and ensure adherence to Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines and other regulatory guidelines as applicable.
You will perform an active role in managing the external audit process by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
You will prepare statutory accounts in line with local GAAP and liaison with multiple stakeholders to complete the assignment in line with the agreed audit timetable.
You will assume responsibilities to deliver multiple internal reporting packs (e.g., tax pack, transfer pricing) within the deadline.
You will support digitalisation projects within the finance department.
You will assume active responsibilities in an upcoming SAP global migration project.Your Expertise:
Experienced in accounting & controlling/finance organization.
Good understanding of diverse business models and financial drivers & processes of business.
Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent. With part-qualification in a formal recognised finance accreditation (e.g. ACCA, ACA from ICAEW, CIMA).
Strong analytical skills with good command of written and spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work with multi-interface & contacts within the organization. Strong presentation skills with the ability to manage complexities and crystalize solutions.
Result orientated, organised with good follow-up skills, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
SAP knowledge (especially the FICO module) is advantageous.Our Benefits:
