Job Description

**Job Title:** Financial Operations Assistant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance function and providing administrative assistance to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management and reconciliation of the timesheet process for all engineers.
  • Assist with aspects of accounting for company charges, including Oyster Cards, Parking, Dart Charge, and Congestion Charge.
  • Code and post invoices to relevant departments.
  • Process expense forms for employees.
  • Assist with daily sales invoices.
  • Proactively manage the collection of weekly timesheets and enter information correctly on spreadsheets to ensure correct payment of overtime for salaries.
  • Manage the filing of Purchase Ledger invoices and timesheets.
  • Raise daily sales invoices, ensuring correct information is being processed to send to clients.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly competent in analysis and interpretation of information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in developing relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Diligent and accurate.
  • Excel spreadsheet skills.
