Position Overview:nOur client is now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving growth for the company. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, generating revenue, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. You will be given some accounts to manage, but your core focus will be new business.

Key Responsibilities:nIdentify and prospect potential clients in target industries/markets to generate new business opportunities.nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and promote the contract manufacturing services.nCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.nLead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.nStay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.nEffectively manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue projections.nProvide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Qualifications:nProven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably from a food/supplements/vitamins/cosmetics contract manufacturing industry.nStrong understanding of ingredients, manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and relevant industry regulations.nExperience selling White Label/Private Label solutions is very beneficial, ideally in the industries mentioned abovenExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence decision-makers.nStrategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and execute plans to achieve business objectives.nHighly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
