As the Helpdesk Team Manager, you will oversee a team of Administrators and Schedulers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of contract works through the effective management and resourcing of Trade Operatives and Sub-Contractors. Your role is crucialin achieving both the company's financial and qualitative business objectives as well as maintaining high client service delivery standards.
- Efficiently and effectively manage repair appointments and resourcing of operatives and sub-contractors.
- Anticipate future job demand and raise concerns with Service Manager for proactive planning.
- Coach, develop, and train direct line reports and team through Personal Development Plans and One-to-One meetings.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of Job Management and Client Systems.
- Monitor appointment screens and statuses for potential issues, and own issue resolution with Service Manager if required.
- Proactively manage operative annual leave and training to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Participate in On-call Rota and stand in for Contract Manager in their absence.
