Position: Litigation Team Leader with Electronic Data Management Focus based in Leeds

About Us:
Our client is an international law firm and they pride themselves on delivering top-tier legal services with a forward-thinking approach. As a leading international law firm with strong dispute resolution expertise our client is seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to work as a team leader and oversee a team of paralegals in Leeds as well as working with the wider electronic data management team. If you’re passionate about the intersection of law and technology, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of paralegals, providing guidance and mentorship to drive excellence in legal representation.
Develop and implement best practices for electronic data management, including e-discovery protocols, data preservation strategies, and document review processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors to leverage technology and streamline electronic data workflows.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in electronic discovery tools and techniques, and incorporate them into the firm’s practices.
Requirements:

Qualified solicitor or barrister with significant experience in litigation, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong background in electronic data management, with a focus on e-discovery, data analytics, and document review platforms.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
