What are we looking for?
First and foremost, we need a dynamic individual who is at ease making decisions, works well under pressure, can think on their feet and fully confident in managing multiple tasks. This is an extremely focussed office who have firm, respectful relationships with each member of the team and only work to the highest of standards.
You will have a demonstratable background within housebuilding coupled with excellent people management skills and a desire to progress your career.
The following is also required:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field (master's degree preferred).
Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and technical standards.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, project management software).

Key Responsibilities:
