**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of commercial project objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure commercial and contractual control and coordination of projects
* Manage the delivery of commercial project objectives
* Coordinate with the commercial manager to ensure project success
* Develop and implement cost plans and variations
* Manage MEP procurement and packages

**Requirements:**

* Full understanding of various risks with forms of contracts
* M&E and Building Services experience
* Strong technical skills and negotiation abilities
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Competitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000
