Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an Electrical Team Leader to join our well established client, working 12-hour days.
The Role:
* Required to manage their team to carry out Planned Maintenance in line with the schedule set on the CMMS.
* Fault find on all equipment and control systems, to identify solutions to problems which arise.
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of skilled and apprentice craftsmen in all aspects of the workplace.
* The team is responsible across site to improve performance & reliability.
* Plan labour & material requirements for plant needs.
* Planning & delegating activities of Team Members and contractors.
* Undertake Technician role as required.
* Carry out PPM inspections.
* Deputise for 1st Line engineering management.
* Write and review risk assessments, method statements and procedures.
* Ensures business health and safety instructions are followed.
* Use the Maintenance management system to its full capability.
* Manage the permitting system for the department.
* Respond to breakdowns under own initiative.
Requirements:
* A recognised electrical engineering apprenticeship (Preferably HNC but minimum ONC level or equivalent).
* Sound plant engineering knowledge and experience of industrial systems.
* Focused on management of Safety, Health & Environment.
* High technical ability and be the first point of call for problem solving.
* Have a Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) mindset and able to suggest inspection improvements and failure reduction measures.
Salary: £42,007.71 including shift allowance
This is a Full time, Permanent position
