Job Overview

As a key member of the Liberty Speciality Steels team, the Electrical Team Leader will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic services. This position requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of electrical specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electrical specialists in responding to breakdowns and developing repair strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Shift Management team to ensure Safety, Quality, and Production Plans are met.
  • Support the development of repair strategies and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Contribute to the improvement of diagnostic processes and procedures.
