Job Overview

As a key member of the Liberty Speciality Steels team, the Electrical Team Lead will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team of electrical technicians and support the departments Shift Management team to ensure Safety, Quality, and Production Plans are met.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to pursue academic and non-vocational managerial qualifications to support their career development and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electrical technicians to respond to breakdowns and develop repair strategies
  • Collaborate with the Shift Management team to ensure Safety, Quality, and Production Plans are met
  • Support the development of repair strategies and implement solutions to minimize downtime
  • Pursue academic and non-vocational managerial qualifications to enhance skills and knowledge
