This is a really exciting role that will support the success of the overall HR function whilst supporting employees and managers on a wide variety of HR matters as well as working on key HR projects.
Other key responsibilities as a HR Advisor are:
Providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff on a wide variety of HR matters
Contributing to the review and development of HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Policy Development Framework
Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures
Support the management of complex employee cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and attendance management
We would be keen to speak to candidates with the following:
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent in experience
HR experience at an Advisory level, with experience of employee relations and up to date knowledge of Employment Law
Experienced at using HR databases
