About the Role This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in keeping both our internal operations and client support running smoothly. From preparing contracts and maintaining HR systems to coordinating meetings, managing inboxes, and supporting HR projects, you’ll be the organisational heartbeat that helps everything flow. What You’ll Be Doing Managing HR documentation including contracts, letters, and reports Maintaining internal and client HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance Monitoring shared inboxes and allocating tasks to the team Coordinating client meetings and interviews, taking notes and preparing reports Supporting HR project delivery and documentation updates Assisting with monthly client updates and reports Helping improve our internal admin processes and templates What We’re Looking For Previous experience in HR administration or a similar people-focused role Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach Strong written skills and a confident, professional manner Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A genuine interest in HR, people, and making a positive impact If you’ve worked in a consultancy, agency or fast-moving HR team before even better Benefits: Additional leave Company events Company pension Free parking Health & wellbeing programme On-site parking Sick pay Work from home
