This will be 40 hours over 5 days per week including weekends on a rota basis.Were looking for a proactive and people-focused Patient Administrator to join our busy team at our Bristol clinic.This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Youll be the first point of contact for our patients and will support a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.What Youll DoBooking patient appointments and managing clinic schedulesAnswering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and empathyHandling incoming and outgoing post and preparing patient lettersManaging both face-to-face and telephone enquiries from patients and colleaguesEnsuring accurate record-keeping and data entrySupporting the wider clinical and administrative team as neededWhat Were Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is caring organised and passionate about people and service. You could have previous experience or be at the start of your career in healthcare.We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping others.
