ARE YOU A QUALITY TECHNICIAN OR CONTROL TECHNICIAN FROM A MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND?
Quality Control Technician required for a well-established, global manufacturer who are market leading in their industry. They offer state of the art working facilities, a varied role, and a good team environment.
The role would suit quality professionals who have experience working within a manufacturing environment. Applicants with experience within the plastics manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply and will have a considerable advantage. You must have experience of carrying out quality tests and working to SOPs.
The role is hands on and focused on testing of materials and products to ensure optimum process and product quality. You will be responsible for preparing test pieces and assemblies for mechanical and physical testing. Testing will include but is not limited to pressure testing, tensile testing, peel testing, Melt Mass Flow Rate, Thermal Stability. You will perform root cause analysis on products and processes to identify non conformances and seek to provide corrective actions. You will complete and maintain all quality documentation
