I am recruiting for a QA Officer within specialist healthcare business based in North West of England. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation. The role will support GMP product manufacture so a degree of flexibility to working is required.
Purpose of the Role of QA Officer
* Prepare and review Batch documentation review & release of non-medicinal products.
* Support QP for Batch documentation review of medicinal products in preparation for QP release.
* Assisting with deviation investigation, CAPAs, change controls and liaising with customers and suppliers for issues, investigations and projects.
* Improving and develop quality support in manufacturing & packaging operations & warehouse
* Production of quality documentation to support the operations of the site, including works orders, specifications, and bills of materials.
* Testing and sampling of components and raw materials and the management of retention samples.
* Support environmental monitoring of the facility in concordance with the schedule and procedure.
* Production and maintenance of Quality documentation.
* Support artwork management
Requirements of the QA Officer
* Experience working in a QA role in Pharmaceutical or Medical devices or Food or FMCG
* Knowledge of all relevant practices and compliance associated with GMP or regulated products
* Knowledge of delivering QA systems to processing, production and packing methods for products
* Good communication skills to ensure information is taken, used and given at all levels for maximum benefit to the business.
