**About Job**:
The main part of the job will be validation but will include general QA work. This is a brilliant opportunity for a dynamic, methodical, and self-motivated individual who is excited by working for an organisation which places integrity, transparency, and customer service at the heart of what it does.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Compile validation protocols.
- Conduct equipment qualification and process validation activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of validation activities.
- Assist the Quality Manager as needed.
- Train production staff in in-process control and coach them on Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
- Promote the Quality Management System (QMS) by coaching staff on the correct use of SOPs, documentation, and work practices.
- Support staff during investigations using problem-solving techniques.
- Support the deployment and implementation of new documentation.
- Assist with on-site customer and external notified bodies' quality audits.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits as per our audit plan.
- Collect data for preparing quality metrics.
- Provide QA support to all departments to ensure compliance with our QMS, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in managing change through proper use of change controls, information dissemination, and training

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Interpersonal skills for working across multi-functional teams
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own.
- Ability to problem solve.
- An eye for detail.
- Excellent technical skills including proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Show a good judgment to achieve a balance between cost: benefit, quality and safety.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience in a validation role is preferable, but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,624.79-£26,909.60 per year
