Emeria UK operates in the residential real estate sector through its operating brands of FirstPort, Innovus, Knight Square and Campions. As the HR Services Team Leader you will be contributing to Emeria’s vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland.

As HR Services Team Leader you will contribute to our vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland by:

Leading and developing a team of HR Administrators / Coordinators to provide an excellent “people” service for the relevant operating business (FirstPort or Campions or Innovus)nWorking in line with the Company Values, as a great example to the TeamnIdentifying opportunities to drive increased performance, capability and effectiveness of the HR Services TeamnWork collaboratively with the other HR Services TeamsnEnsure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Key Accountabilities

Lead and develop the team to provide an accurate and efficient core HR administration service for our colleagues and internal stakeholders relevant to the brand.nWork to achieve or exceed the SLA and KPI targets by coordinating the team’s daily work tasks, identifying opportunities for improving processes and developing the team.nEnsure that daily service requests/work tasks are well organised, prioritised and delegated to HR Administrators daily, ensuring work is completed, and any resources rotated to meet agreed SLAs.nIdentify early service requests/work tasks or situations, which have potential to become complicated or cause issues, and ownership taken until resolution or escalation as appropriate.nProvide regular feedback on daily operations, potential colleague issues, team working and any areas for improvements.nSupport team members with day-to-day work tasks/service requests and developing their skills and knowledge to ensure an active, realistic succession plan is in operation.nWork collaboratively with the other HR Services Team Leaders to identify process improvements whilst maintaining consistency of the HR service through the allocation of resources.nAuditing and reporting to ensure accurate employee records are maintained.nAbility to analyse and interpret data and make/present recommendations on findings.nExperience in Stakeholder management at all levels, with the ability to think critically and challenge within reason.nAbility to be resilient in challenging situations and be able to problem solve to resolution.

Experience

Experience of managing people preferably, but not necessarily within a HR Shared Service environmentnProven understanding of end-to-end HR processes, HR policies and proceduresnAbility to identify and resolve potential problems or issues and take necessary actions to prevent them from developingnAble to manage multiple customer requirements cases simultaneouslynAble to coach team members to improve performance and develop skills

Extremely well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload and meet agreed targets / deadlines.nProven ability to influence effectively across all levels of the organisation.nMeticulous attention to detail.nExcellent task and time management skills.nProven ability to communicate in a clear, understandable and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
