The RolenAs an

HR Operations Intern , you will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure employees are guided through on-boarding during their first few months at TCS.

During the internship, your main duties include maintaining reporting structures with new joiner’s teams, compliance, acting as a point of contact for a range of HR processes.

Key responsibilities:nWork with different cross functional teams on on-boarding and integration of permanent and fixed term professionals.nPlan, organize, and conduct induction on a bi-monthly/monthly basis.nContinuously improve the new joiner experience.nAct as the first point of contact and help support the new joiner queries.nAnswer general queries via incoming calls and emails.nWork with recruiters and wider operations team to maintain a pipeline of joiners, communicate effectively, and support the team with onboarding of the candidates.nGenerate dashboards and prepare daily and/or weekly reports.nAccurate maintenance and update of the various trackers and new joiner files.nHelp processing and tracking the invoices.nEnsure compliance to various internal systems and processes.nLiaise with the designated external pre-employment screening vendor.nCollaborate effectively with other relevant teams to ensure that processes follow agreed steps and produce the expected deliverables.

Your ProfilenKey Skills/Knowledge/Experience:nA degree in human resources or relative relevant area.nStrong communication and presentation skills.nStrong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel.nThe ability to act in a customer service-oriented manner, respond flexibly and promptly.nThe ability to articulate the onboarding process elements and guide stakeholders where appropriate.nThe ability to deal discreetly with sensitive situations and confidential information.nThe ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment and build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
