HR Business PartnernLondon – 4 days a weekn£85-90,000 + bonus & benefits

Network HR are looking to hire a HR Business Partner for one of our established Financial Services clients based in London (City). The role is supporting a commercial client group across the UK and will require a strong HR generalist who has worked in a small-medium sized business, demonstrating the ability to get into the detail with managing processes and procedures and have confidence/gravitas to manage a commercial client group.

Key areas of focus for the role include:

Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with potentially complex employee relations, performance management and other employment issues.nContribute to interventions that embed the firm's culture and values across all areas of the employee lifecycle.nOverseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of the HR operational processes.nProject management of key initiatives as required to drive both operational delivery (e.g. annual pay review, bonus process, appraisal process) and the people strategy (employee engagement initiatives, development initiatives).nManagement of essential day to day HR delivery including case managementnAct as a trusted advisor to business heads, identifying and driving strategic and impactful initiatives that drive up employee engagement, foster talent development and retention and drive improved business results

The successful HR Business Partner must be comfortable with shaping the development of a fast-moving culture appropriate to the needs of a regulated business. What else will you need:

Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to present compellingly to senior stakeholdersnProven experience in managing employee relations and case managementnAbility to prioritise and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and proactively driving a more strategic people agendanExperience in organisational effectiveness and organisation change processesnAbility to work quickly and accurately, prioritising work and managing deadlinesnUnderstanding HR legislation and processesnExperienced HR Business Partner with a background in a fast-moving professional/financial services environmentnJudgement and the ability to effectively manage the balance between HR as a control function and a business enablernCommercial and pragmatic
