Fidarsi are delighted to be partnering with a Global Investment Manager based in Central London, who are recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner. You will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of Human Resource services across the EMEA region. The role will often be the first point of contact for managers and employees throughout the firm, providing commercial HR guidance and support on a full scope of employment topics supporting the business as it grows to meet its operational and longer-term strategic objectives.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Business PartneringnBuilds and maintains strong internal relationships and acts as a trusted advisor to managers providing operational and commercially driven HR support.nPartner with key areas such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT and Finance etc to deliver a comprehensive, smooth, and effective HR service which is compliant with relevant legislation, managing risk appropriately.

HR OperationsnKeep HRIS Systems up to date and provide analysis to streamline systems and processes. Support any HRIS key projects.nAdapt processes and reports to match critical business needs.nLeverage systems and initiatives to contribute and constantly improve HR analytics data.

TalentnSupport Recruitment through external and internal benchmarking of roles and provide support and guidance on immigration matters.nLiaise with new joiners, develop, and oversee the corporate onboarding process ensuring alignment with business processes.nOversee the onboarding process and ensure managers are providing an effective and impactful onboarding experience setting new starters up for success.nEnsure probation periods are effectively managed, providing early intervention where appropriate.nSupport internal mobility (both local and international) through effective HR commercial support.

Employee RelationsnEffectively manage a range of ER cases, including the more complex cases and ensure that all activity relating to ER is consistent with the firm’s approach and in line with legislation.nInfluence and challenge managers to role model organisation values and behavioural expectations.nTrain and coach managers to manage performance on an ongoing basis and to have honest and meaningful performance conversations utilising developed tools.

Performance & RewardnManage the performance development review.nProvide coaching and training to managers on handling performance conversations.nSupport external benchmarking and compare against internal practices., using analysis to reach market data led, commercial decisions.nConsult with managers and team heads to support and effectively manage the annual Reward and Compensation and Promotion review process.

Learning & DevelopmentnSupport and challenge managers to understand learning needs and career aspirations of their employees.

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

Experienced HR Business Partner and Generalist.nExperience in employee relations, compensation, and benefits.nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.nResilient, confident, and hardworking individual.nTeam player but also proactive with independent tasks.nIdeally experience in a FCA regulated environment.nIdeally CIPD Level 5 or 7.
