As a Senior HR Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR tasks including owning the HR administration process. Key focus areas will include:
Being involved with employee relation issues (ER case management)nOwning the recruitment function (direct sourcing and agency management)nCoordinating HR administration procedures including contracts, references and right to work checks (onboarding)nAssisting with payroll (salary changes, holidays, expenses)nProviding general HR support as needed
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable HR experience in a commercial background (blue collar environment is an excellent fit). A CIPD qualification is preferable (L3-L5). In addition, you will possess stakeholder engagement skills as well as being a meticulous individual with strong leadership skills.
